Project description: Phased Cat A fit-out of three stand-alone 3 story office buildings to provide 100,000 sq. ft. of high quality office accommodation at this prestigious business park in Maple Cross. With two blocks occupied, the works were phased to enable the tenants to relocate into the upgraded space thus releasing their existing building for its CAT A refurbishment.

The project also included the construction of a striking amenity centre which includes the tallest horizontally sliding glass doors in the UK.

Extensive landscaping as well as reconfiguration of access roads and car-parking ensured a dramatic transformation into a modern grade A business park.
