Project description: This project, extending over 6 floors, delivered a bespoke and modern new facility as part of City & Guilds property and workplace strategy and reflecting the diverse needs of this dynamic organisation.

A key component of this project was the creation of a new catering facility on the lower ground floor, combining a commercial kitchen and dining areas which extended into the courtyard. This delivered both internal and external spaces for City & Guilds’ staff and their guests to enjoy.
