Project description: With a relationship stretching back in excess of 15 years Interior Motives have carried out numerous projects with Barber-Surgeons’ Hall. Some of the major works undertaken include;

• Refurbishment and restoration works to the grade 2 listed main hall and the ancillary rooms.

• Cut & carve refurbishment of back of house facilities including full commercial kitchens and food preparation areas.

• Reconfiguration of main entrance and general access routes.

• CAT A refurbishment of 3 floors of office space to provide grade A office space.

• Conversion of redundant roof space to create additional lettable space.

• External repairs & restoration works including roofing.

• Annual PPM programme.

• Refurbishment of residential accommodation for both staff and senior officers of the company.
